The program will be designed taking into account your characteristics, goals, rhythm and lifestyle.
A workout program can be designed for both the gym and at home (or outdoors). Any wishes will be taken into account when drawing up the program.
By registering on the site, I agree to the privacy policy and user agreement, and also confirm that I have consulted a doctor and have no contraindications.
After payment you will receive a confirmation email. Next, the manager will send a questionnaire to fill out. Programs are drawn up on the basis of the questionnaire.
A refund is possible within 14 days. In this case, you must clearly justify the reason. The amount will be refunded, taking into account the deduction of interest for processing the payment (about 3%).
