Next, you need to figure out what motivates you to make changes in nutrition. You need to ask yourself: Why is it important for me to eat a balanced diet?

For example:
Why do I want to eat a balanced diet?
– To lose weight.
Why should I lose weight?
– To look beautiful in clothes.
Why would I look beautiful in clothes?
– To please my husband.

– No, he loves me not only for my appearance.
Why then does the husband like it?
– In order not to feel worthless.

At the same time, losing weight or gaining weight will not increase self-esteem; deeper work with a person’s personality is needed here. Then nutritional issues can be resolved almost immediately.
